Wedding Fayres & Wedding Showroom Open Days
Planning your wedding in Birmingham or the West Midlands? Come and meet JK Weddings & Events at one of our upcoming wedding fayres, showroom open days or by booking a free one-to-one showroom appointment.
We provide a huge range of wedding décor and entertainment, and our wedding showroom in Rowley Regis gives you the chance to see many of our products in person before making any decisions.
Visit Our Wedding Showroom Near Birmingham
Our wedding and event showroom is designed to look and feel more like a real venue than a traditional shop.
You can see dressed tables and chairs, wedding centrepieces, flower displays, blossom trees, arches, backdrops, LED letters, dance floors, signage and entertainment all displayed together.
Instead of trying to choose everything from photographs, you can compare colours, styles and different ideas in person.
Showroom appointments are completely free and there is no obligation to book.

Wedding Showroom Open Days
We hold selected wedding showroom open days throughout the year.
These are a great opportunity to come along, look around our displays and see the huge choice available from JK Weddings & Events.
Our next showroom open day is:
Monday 26th October 2026
If you cannot make an open day, don’t worry. You can arrange a private one-to-one appointment with us on another suitable day.
Book a One-to-One Wedding Showroom Appointment
A private showroom appointment gives us the opportunity to concentrate on your wedding and help you put different ideas together.
Bring your wedding date, venue and colour ideas with you and we can show you suitable options for your day.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want before you visit. Many couples come to us looking for inspiration.
During your appointment you can discuss wedding décor, centrepieces, chair styling, flowers, arches, backdrops, signage, dance floors, LED letters, DJs, photo booths, mini golf, arcade machines and other entertainment.
Call 07775 557382 or email info@jkweddingsandevents.co.uk to arrange your free showroom appointment.
Meet JK Weddings & Events at Wedding Fayres
We attend wedding fayres and venue open days throughout Birmingham, Dudley and the wider West Midlands.
At selected events we bring a small selection from our showroom so couples can see examples of our wedding décor and entertainment and speak to us about their plans.
We regularly work with wedding venues across the West Midlands and are recommended or preferred suppliers at a number of venues.
After meeting us at a wedding fayre, you are also welcome to arrange a free appointment at our Rowley Regis showroom where you can see a much larger selection.
Can’t Make a Wedding Fayre?
You don’t have to wait for the next wedding fayre.
Book a visit to our wedding showroom and have a one-to-one meeting where we can discuss your venue, colours, décor, entertainment and budget.
Our showroom is in Rowley Regis in the West Midlands, close to Birmingham, Dudley, Halesowen, West Bromwich, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton.
Couples also visit us from further afield throughout the Midlands.
