How To Book Our Services

  1. Have a good look around our website for ideas, services, and products, if you don’t find what you require, please contact us.
  2. Once you have decided or have a rough idea, please phone, or email us. If no reply within 24 hours via email, please phone as this normally means we have not received your email. We reply to all emails within a few hours.
  3. Ideally when you contact us, we require the date of event, the type of event, Name of venue, timings, products, and services required and any special requirements you may require.
  4. If you are happy to go ahead with booking, we will send you all the info via email. This will be including Booking Fee details and online booking forms.
  5. You will then fill in and sign booking forms online and return them via email, we will then check them and sign them. You will receive a copy and this is your proof of booking.
  6. You then can pay booking fee via Bank Transfer or credit/debit Card. The booking fee would come off agreed price for your event.
  7. You are now all booked in – Success!!
