Event Décor at Old Halesonians Rugby Club
JK Weddings & Events recently helped dress the function room at Old Halesonians Rugby Club for a wedding party. The celebration brought together dressed tables and chairs, personalised signs and evening entertainment in the club’s bright function space near Hagley and Stourbridge.
The photographs on this page show the finished room and the items we supplied. If you are planning a wedding reception or party at Old Halesonians, they offer a useful starting point for what could work for your event. We did not supply the balloon arch.
Chair and Table Styling for the Function Room
For this celebration, the chairs were dressed in white with a mix of warm orange and soft green sashes. Coloured table runners carried those shades across the round tables, while the table decorations added finishing detail without taking up too much space.
The result was a welcoming room that still left guests plenty of space to eat, talk and enjoy the party. We can discuss different colours and chair styling options for your own event, whether you want a similar look or something entirely different.
LED Dance Floor, Letters and Disco Setup
A white LED dance floor created a clear space for the evening party. Illuminated MR & MRS letters and the disco setup added light and a focal point to the room.
Bringing the room styling and evening features together meant the setup could be planned as one celebration. You can ask us about individual products or a combination of décor and entertainment.

Personalised Details
The event also featured a welcome sign and a rustic postbox. These smaller details helped guests find their way into the celebration and provided a place for cards.
Our in-house signage service can help coordinate a welcome sign, seating plan and other printed details with your chosen colours and style.
We also supplied a rustic sweet cart with sweets for guests.
