Our team transformed the venue with an elegant combination of white, pink and soft floral colours( venue provided these). From the beautifully dressed ceremony chairs and flower-filled aisle to the large floral arch and sparkling dance floor, every element worked together to create a romantic setting for the couple’s special day.

Romantic Ceremony Décor in the Conservatory
The light and airy conservatory at Hadley Park House Hotel provided a wonderful setting for the wedding ceremony.
The ceremony chairs were in crisp white covers, finished with vibrant pink sashes tied into attractive bows. The pink chair styling introduced a beautiful splash of colour while complementing the soft pink, ivory, white and lilac tones used throughout the floral arrangements.
A white aisle carpet created a clear entrance through the centre of the ceremony room. Decorative lanterns and small floral arrangements were positioned along the aisle, adding detail without overpowering the room.
The completed design made excellent use of the conservatory’s natural light, wooden floor and distinctive draped ceiling.
Tall Floral Displays and Aisle Decorations
Four large floral displays were positioned on tall white stands at the entrance to the aisle. These arrangements helped frame the ceremony space and created an impressive first view as guests entered the room.
The displays featured a luxurious mixture of flowers in:
- White
- Ivory
- Blush pink
- Lilac
- Soft purple
- Fresh green foliage
The height of the arrangements added impact while still allowing guests to see across the ceremony room. Coordinating flowers were also used around the venue to connect the different areas and create one consistent wedding theme.
Large Flower Arch for the Ceremony
At the end of the aisle, we installed a large rectangular flower arch in front of a softly draped white backdrop.
The arch was covered with white, ivory, pale pink, lilac and purple flowers, together with trailing greenery. This created a beautiful focal point for the ceremony and provided an attractive backdrop for the couple as they exchanged their vows.
The soft white draping behind the arch helped the flowers stand out and gave the ceremony area a clean, elegant finish. After the ceremony, a floral arch can also be used as a backdrop for photographs, the wedding breakfast, the top table or the evening reception.

In addition to the ceremony decorations, we supplied and installed a white LED dance floor for the evening reception.
